An intimate and high-level event, reserved for an extremely limited number of participants. Only 20 guests will have the privilege of living this unique experience, immersed in the luxury and refinement of an exclusive villa in the heart of Zurich. The villa has only 4 rooms reserved for guests who want to stay overnight in this oasis of elegance and privacy

Saturday 1st of March

5pm – 6pm Welcome Aperitif: A luxury to be enjoyed
In the main hall of the villa, among period furnishings and soft lights, an exclusive aperitif will be held for guests.

• Champagne selection: a curated choice of the best labels, accompanied by gourmet canapés and refined desserts.
• Live music will accompany the aperitif with delicate notes, creating a classy atmosphere.

8pm – 2am Exclusive Play Party: The party organized by Utopia will be an unparalleled experience in an environment curated with attention to the smallest details. More details and registration at the following link (note that guests who are willing to join for the party need to register independently).
The event will include:

• Large dance floor, cocktail area and luxurious indoor smoking room
• Labyrinth of pleasure (only for couples)
• Boudouir for games with and without ropes
• Darkroom, playzone, crosses and cages
• Refreshment area until dawn

Sunday 2nd of March

12.00 – 15.00 Kinky Gala Lunch: The art of pleasure at the table
In the dining room of the villa, with impeccably set tables, guests will be welcomed for an unprecedented culinary experience

• Exclusive service: butlers in latex and tailor-made suits will guarantee impeccable and discreet service.
• Gourmet Menu: the menu will be designed to delight the senses with refined and innovative combinations.
• Selection of fine wines: Each course will be accompanied by a wine chosen to enhance the flavor of the dish

15:30-18:30 Exclusive performances – Art on stage: The afternoon will be dedicated to intimate and refined shows, designed to fascinate and inspire.

• Shibari Show: An international artist will show the beauty and intensity of this practice, with a performance that combines art and pleasure.
• Fire Play Performance: A hypnotic play of light, fire and sensuality.
• Elegant Burlesque: A unique performance by an artist famous for her theatricality and charisma, with a touch of luxury and mystery.

Costs and reservation packages

Complete couple package with overnight stay = 1200 €

• Base price (per couple) = 600 €
• Overnight stay fee (per room) = 600 €

The overnight stay includes 2-night accommodation, welcome aperitif, full access to the Sunday event (the event on Saturday organised by Utopia must be booked separately).

• Participation without overnight stay (per person) = 400 €

The indicated price includes participation in the aperitif on Saturday and the event on Sunday (Saturday event to be booked separately).

Extras available upon reservation

Private Shibari lesson (maximum 2 people per session): 150 €

Private photo shoot (maximum 2 people per session): 100 € per person or couple, with a curated set inside the villa.
