Embark on a captivating journey into the world of Shibari, where artistry, connection, and sensuality converge in a uniquely curated experience. Join us for an enchanting evening at the Shibari Temple Night, to explore the beauty of rope artistry in a respectful context.
In the beginning, we will learn or refresh some shibari tying techniques, for you to have tools to play and creatively improvise with ropes later in the temple. We will also have some connecting exercises to break the ice. We emphasise the importance of communication, trust, and consent. We will embody this in partner exercises to ensure everyone feels empowered and connected.
What is different about a Temple Night and a Shibari workshops is, that the structure is a lot more open.
We enter a more free flow space where people can explore each other through the ropes in a playful and sensual way, if desired. Unlike in a workshop setting where it’s clear what exercises we do, in this new format, you will be able to choose if you want to explore with a partner in a trio or more people or if you just want to witness the beautiful energy in the room. You don’t exclusively have to tie with ropes, but you could also choose to massage, cuddle, play etc. There is less guidance from my side and more room for your creativity. There will always be space for you to connect only to yourself in a designated area and we’ll have helpers providing emotional support if needed.

It will be without nudity and we invite sensuality, not explicit sexuality.
If you have Shibari ropes, please bring them along. For those who don’t, we will provide ropes to borrow or buy.
You can join with a partner or as an individual. No prior experience is necessary, although it helps, if you have attended conscious sensual group spaces before.
